Comprehensive Policy
Customers may cancel a confirmed turf booking and request a refund provided the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the booked slot. Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled slot will not be eligible for a refund.
All cancellation requests must be submitted through the official TurfAdda communication channels to ensure timely processing and verification.
Turf Owner Cancellations
In cases where a booking is cancelled by the turf owner due to operational reasons (maintenance, weather-related closures, etc.), customers will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, subject to availability. TurfAdda will work closely with both parties to resolve such occurrences promptly.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original mode of payment used during the booking process. Please note that the actual time taken for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing cycles.
